ckk4 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the ckk4 website, mobile-optimised site, and all related services accessible at https://ckk4.bio.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Player upon completing the ckk4 registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who holds a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's Account under a ckk4 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game of Chance" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, or instant-win game whose outcome is determined in whole or in part by a random number generator.
• "Sports Betting" means the placement of wagers on the outcome of real-world sporting events, including but not limited to cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bets are denominated on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any page of the ckk4 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
2. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party;
4. All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete and up to date;
5. You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The ckk4 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. ckk4 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will request proof of age documentation from any Player at any time. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, all Bonus Funds will be voided, and any winnings generated on that Account may be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ckk4 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ckk4 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Providing a false location during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ckk4 Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money features of the ckk4 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or phone number.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ckk4 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents including, but not limited to, a national identification card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method. ckk4 may request these documents at any time — including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any Account access details with any other person. ckk4 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ckk4 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Accurate Information

All information provided to ckk4 must be truthful and kept current. If your personal circumstances change — for example, a change of address within Bangladesh — you must update your Account details promptly. ckk4 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information on file is found to be false, outdated or misleading.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ckk4 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and may be updated periodically. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to your Account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. ckk4 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method registered to another person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed Account verification (KYC) and have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits that have not been used to place at least one qualifying bet may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be processed back to the same bKash account. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

6.4 Processing Time

ckk4 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to three (3) business days. ckk4 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the Player's payment service provider after funds have been dispatched.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Current limits are displayed within your Account settings. ckk4 reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice to Players.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions and other incentives offered by ckk4 are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific offer terms, the specific offer terms will prevail for that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates towards Wagering Requirements; full details are provided in the promotion terms.

7.3 One Bonus Per Player

Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer a maximum of one time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times by creating additional Accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and the permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.5 Abuse Prevention

ckk4 monitors betting patterns to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements with minimal exposure. ckk4 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where abuse is identified.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Availability

ckk4 offers a range of gaming products including RNG casino games (slots, table games, instant-win games), live dealer games (Dragon Tiger, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti), sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), and arcade-style games (Star Fishing). The availability of specific games may vary and ckk4 reserves the right to add, modify or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Random Number Generators

All RNG-based games on the ckk4 Platform use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness and statistical randomness. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the Platform, the Player, or any third party. ckk4 provides this assurance as a fundamental commitment to all Players.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ckk4 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's Account. ckk4 does not accept liability for losses caused by technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the Player's side.

8.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type. In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise does not reach its natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. ckk4 reserves the right to suspend, void or settle any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or data feed errors.

9 Responsible Gaming

ckk4 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming for all Players across Bangladesh. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended for that period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During any exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from ckk4.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ckk4 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through exploitation must be reported and will be voided;
• Colluding with other Players in any casino game or sports betting market;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or using insider information in connection with sports betting;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider after the funds have been used on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any member of the ckk4 support team or other players.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ckk4 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ckk4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ckk4 Platform without prior written consent from ckk4.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckk4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions;
• Technical failures or interruptions to service that are outside ckk4's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Changes to the game catalogue, odds, or Platform features.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ckk4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

ckk4 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ckk4 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies only where necessary and permitted by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ckk4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, ckk4 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an on-Platform notification. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of the updated Terms document.

Your continued use of the ckk4 Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ckk4 Platform, you agree to first contact the ckk4 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ckk4 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

ckk4 operates a formal complaints procedure. If your concern cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a written complaint to the ckk4 support email address. ckk4 will acknowledge all written complaints within five (5) business days and will aim to provide a full resolution within thirty (30) days of acknowledgement.
